How does it protect my deals from being stolen? ▼
Every photo you share is protected by customizable watermarks (text or your logo) that overlay the image in a diagonal pattern that can't be cropped out. Share links are restricted to only the buyer emails you approve. Unverified visitors must request access, and you control every approval from your dashboard. Even if someone screenshots, your watermark is baked in.
How does buyer verification work? ▼
When you generate a share link, only email addresses on your buyer list can view the photos. Anyone not on your list can request access, and you approve or deny from your dashboard in one click. You can organize buyers into separate lists by market, deal type, or relationship — and assign specific lists to specific deals.

Can I organize properties by market or deal type? ▼
Yes. Create Folder Groups to organize properties by state, market, strategy, or however you work — like "Phoenix Fix & Flips" or "Texas Wholesale." Each property gets its own folder for photos, property details, and comps. You can also organize buyers into groups and lists so you send the right deals to the right people.
Can I share links before I have photos ready? ▼
Yes. Every folder automatically gets an internal link that updates live as you add or remove files — perfect for dropping into your CRM or internal systems before photos are ready. When you're ready to share with buyers, generate a separate protected link with watermarks, buyer list restrictions, or password protection baked in.
Is my data secure? ▼
