Access the Deal is a secure photo-sharing platform purpose-built for real estate wholesalers and investors. Upload property photos, protect them with custom watermarks, and share them exclusively with verified buyers — so your deals stay your deals.
How does it protect my deals from being stolen? ▼
Every photo you share is protected by customizable watermarks (text or your logo) that overlay the image in a diagonal pattern that can't be cropped out. Share links are restricted to only the buyer emails you approve. Unverified visitors must request access, and you control every approval from your dashboard. Even if someone screenshots, your watermark is baked in.
How does buyer verification work? ▼
When you generate a share link, only email addresses on your buyer list can view the photos. Anyone not on your list can request access, and you approve or deny from your dashboard in one click. You can organize buyers into separate lists by market, deal type, or relationship — and assign specific lists to specific deals.

Can I add more storage to my plan? ▼
Yes — Professional, Team, and Enterprise plans can purchase extra storage add-ons: +25 GB for $5/mo, +100 GB for $15/mo, or +500 GB for $50/mo. Add-ons stack, so you can scale storage as your portfolio grows without switching plans.
Can I organize properties by market or deal type? ▼
Yes. Create Folder Groups to organize properties by state, market, strategy, or however you work — like "Phoenix Fix & Flips" or "Texas Wholesale." Each property gets its own folder for photos, property details, and comps. You can also organize buyers into groups and lists so you send the right deals to the right people.
Can I share links before I have photos ready? ▼
Yes. Every folder automatically gets an internal link that updates live as you add or remove files — perfect for dropping into your CRM or internal systems before photos are ready. When you're ready to share with buyers, generate a separate protected link with watermarks, buyer list restrictions, or password protection baked in.
Is my data secure? ▼
Absolutely. All data is stored on Google Cloud with enterprise-grade encryption. Photos are served over HTTPS with per-link access control. You can password-protect links, set expiration dates, restrict access to specific buyer lists, and revoke access at any time. Your deals, your rules.

🧰 Maintenance

Lowercase the email on every buyer in your list so buyer-list links match records saved with stray capitals (legacy approved-request data). Safe to run anytime — only fixes records that aren't already lowercase, never changes list assignments. New buyers are normalized automatically.

🔎 Diagnose Buyer Access

Paste the share-link id (the part after /view/) and the buyer's email to see exactly why the gate allows or denies them — the link's required list vs. the buyer's actual list(s), hidden characters, and when each record was created.
